La relación calidad precio es adecuada. El desayuno buffet es variado y está bien atendido. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. No cambiaban las toallas todos los días. |

agreeable place to stay, very simple yet comfortable, and especially practical as you get the key to the room + front door and can get in and out as and when you want with no need to go through reception. no toilet in the room |

Not much really, it was really frustrating that there was no one at all that could speak english even at the main reception.The attitude of the reception in general was cold & arrogant. The wlan internet was not free as advertised - cost $5 euro.The cleaner didnt replace toilet paper & had to go down to reception to try and ask in sign language for toilet paper. I had to ask a guest in the breakfast room to please translate my question about the internet to the recepcionist. Very poor customer service! |

For me this hotel was very good located. Near is shoping area, concert halls and very good Jazz club "Quasimodo". In the road crosses are food and fruit shops. |

Nice hotel, friendly people, price and what you get are ok. Nearly to the centre of Berlin. Value for your money. Parking, through a lot of cars in the city, a problem. You get a parking card, but no reservation place avaible. |
